Vento D'Estate

Fermented in barrique (an oak barrel previously used to aged wine) with hay for over two months gives the rind of Vento D'Estate a natural, uneven herbaceous colour. Inside the cheese is lightly speckled with eyes and has a creamy colour and greenish edge.

Your sense of smell will be awakened by the herbaceous charge of hay with hints of mint, chamomile and mountain hay. These aromas are even more prevalent once the cheese is cut.

Close your eyes as you eat this cheese and you can imagine yourself on a journey through open green pastures as you pick up hints of wildflowers and mint.

	£3.99	If you place an order by 11am Monday to Thursday it will be delivered the next day. Orders placed between 11am on Thursday and 11am on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 11am on Friday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Next day by 12:00	£10.99	Orders placed as above will be delivered the next day before 12 noon.
Saturday	£10.99	Orders must be placed by 11am on Friday to be delivered on the Saturday of the same week otherwise we will assume delivery is for the following Saturday.

Returns

If the goods in your parcel arrive damaged or were not what you ordered please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. In the case of damaged goods please include a photo when you get in touch with us.

Where necessary, we will arrange for a refund, including delivery costs, or a replacement to be sent out. If goods need to be returned to us we will arrange for collection at our expense.
